Pear cake

Wash the pears. Cut in half and remove the cores.

Cut into slices only on the surface.

2/3 of the sugar, the raisins and half of the butter are put in the pan / cake pan. Then place the pears with the hollow side up.

Sprinkle the remaining sugar, cinnamon, put the remaining butter on top.

Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile we prepare the following composition:

3 egg yolks rub well with 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Add 3 tablespoons of flour and then add the beaten egg whites.

When we take the pears out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes and put the prepared composition on them.

Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes - try with a toothpick if the composition is cooked.

Remove the tray from the oven, allow to cool slightly and turn over.

It can be served both cold and warm.
