Ingredients for making pies with meat from ready-made dough

Cooking pies with meat from ready-made dough:

Step 1: prepare the filling for the pies.

To start, we get ground beef from the refrigerator to defrost. Next, we wash the feathers of green onions under running water, shake off the excess liquid above the sink. And put on a cutting board, cut the greens finely enough approximately up to 5 millimeters thick. Next, remove the chopped ingredient in a deep plate. Peel the garlic from the husk with a knife and rinse under running water. Leave it for a while aside and move on to the next ingredient. We clear the sausage from the packaging and cut it into cubes up to about 1 centimeter in size. After that, turn on the stove to a medium level, put the frying pan on the burner and pour the sunflower oil into it. Next, we transfer the minced meat and chopped sausage into the heated oil. Fry everything about 8 - 10 minutesuntil the components are browned. At the same time, using a spatula, grind ground beef into smaller pieces and periodically mix the meat ingredients so that they do not burn. Then we reduce the temperature of the plate. Add our chopped onion to the pan and squeeze the peeled garlic cloves using the garlic. And mix everything with a spatula. Next, add the sauce, thyme, salt and black pepper. Fry everything about 3 to 5 minutes. After that, add flour and water and mix everything again. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated. Next, remove the frying pan with the finished filling onto another burner. And move on to the test.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

We free the dough from packaging. And we shift it to a surface pre-powdered with flour. In the same way we prepare a rolling pin so that the dough does not stick. Using the inventory, roll the dough sheet to a thickness of approximately 6 millimeters. And squeeze round shapes for future pies. The size of your baking will depend on the diameter of the mold. Roll the test residues into a ball and roll out with a rolling pin, then also squeeze out circles from them. After we have prepared the dough, we proceed to the formation of our baking. It is better to prepare a baking tray in advance, so that it is more convenient to work further. Using a kitchen brush, grease the entire surface of the pan with oil. And after that we proceed to the preparation of pies. While we were preparing the dough, our filling in the pan has already cooled down and it can be laid on dough circles. For these purposes, use a tablespoon. We spread the filling in the center of the circles so that the edges can be connected and at the same time it would not perforate our dough. We pinch the edges with our hands or connect them with a fork. Place the formed pies on a baking sheet. Break the chicken egg into a small cup and beat it with a fork. Lubricate them with our meat pastries on top, so that during baking pies turned out with a beautiful golden crust. After that, you can go directly to baking.

Step 3: bake pies.

In preheated oven until 180 - 200 degrees remove the pan. Pies with meat will be baked approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Once they have acquired a beautiful fried crust, the baking sheet can be taken out of the oven, helping yourself with tacks or towels.

Step 4: serve the meat patties from the finished dough.

In order to separate the pies from the baking sheet, it is enough to tilt it slightly and use the kitchen spatula to shift the pastries into a plate. Allow them to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes. Make fresh coffee or tea. And you can treat guests to delicious pastries. Believe on your treats there will be no trace and your friends will certainly ask for supplements. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Remember that for meat and vegetables chopping boards and knives should be different.

- - It is not advisable to thaw minced meat in a microwave oven, it is better for it to defrost itself at room temperature. Well, if you want to speed up the process, you can put the bag of minced meat in a bowl and substitute it under a stream of cold running water. And wait until the meat unfrosts.

- - Ground beef can be replaced with any other minced meat, such as pork or chicken.

- - You can use any frying oil, for example olive.

- - If you have baking paper you can use it. In this case, the surface is also worth lubricating with oil.

- - The amount of garlic in the recipe can be adjusted to taste. Or even cook without it, then the taste of the dish will turn out less acute.

- - If you don’t have a garlic clove, you can chop the garlic cloves with a knife on a cutting board. Or grate with small holes.

- - You can use any spices for meat that you like best.
