Immediately add one teaspoon of spices (salt, pepper, basil) and mix everything thoroughly. Take an orange, cut into 4 parts and squeeze the juice into the marinade. Mix and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the duck with apples, baked in the sleeve.Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. Wash the apples, peel the seeds and cut into 2x2 cm cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice. Take a duck and wash it well inside and out. We take out all the insides. And again, rinse well. After that, it is important that the duck is dry, otherwise, if you start to lubricate it with marinade, it will not be saturated. Dry duck thoroughly lubricated with marinade on top and inside. Now you need to stuff it with apples. The duck can either be sewn up with dense threads or pierced with toothpicks. We take a baking sleeve, put the duck with apples in it, close it with clips and put on a baking sheet. Bake in oven at temperature 180 - 200 degrees hours 2 - 2.5.
Step 3: Serve the duck with apples baked in the sleeve.After about two hours, our duck will be ready. If you want to get a golden crust, you can open the sleeve 10-15 minutes before the end of baking. Serve with any side dish. The main thing is to cut the duck in portions in advance. Enjoy your meal!
